Training would be given  Designer must be to a degree level of education with at least 2-3 years experience.

Edit Assistants - Shiftwork - Aug 2011 Permanent Salary:

Our client is looking for some new edit assistants. Duties will include editing according to PRTS compliance, ingesting tapes and occasionally doing off-air records. You would need to be available almost immediately and would be given a two week training period after which you wiill be working on a shift pattern of earlys, mids and lates with times varying from 0530 am starts to overnights. It would also be necessary to commit to being pencilled until the end of the year. Shifts will be confirmed on a 3 week basis and could include weekend work. As the times will vary you will need to make yourself completely available therefore you will be unable to take on other work during this period of time. Any unavailable weekends or dates during the pencilled time would need to be highlighted prior to the start of the booking. Our client is looking for a Researcher to start work immediately on a feature documentary examining the evolving media crisis in the United States. Many notable contributors are involved and the production consists of an excellent and reputable crew for a documentary feature film which is very near completion. We need the researcher to have experience, motivation and the ability to deliver under time pressure. The research consists of confirming facts, figures and stories from first and second hand sources to be handed over in a clear and comprehensive folder for legal review. We are currently looking for a producer to work within a small team in a west end production company.

Our client is looking for someone who has a creative eye, is hard-working and diligent and is also familiar with the process of production. They are particularly looking for someone who is very organised and has the ability to multi-task when managing different projects at the same time. The ideal candidate must be used to being busy and is not daunted by this. They require a self-starter with good contacts and he/she should also be familiar with working on MAC, Excel and Word and any other skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, FCP are all an added bonus.

The salary is circa £29K and there would be bonuses for any new clients that the producer brings to the company.
